Full application instructions:

• The skin should be clean and free of make up.
• Remove clear protective top sheet.
  
• Hold wet cloth against back of tattoo, press down & make sure to wet thoroughly.
• Wait 30 seconds. Peel off paper backing.
• Gently rinse image with water for best effect.
